Security
Supplier quotations contain confidential commercial information. Security and privacy are treated as core requirements, not an afterthought.
File handling
Uploaded files are validated by content signature (not just file extension), size-limited, and stored in access-controlled object storage. Files are associated only with your comparison project, not with any account or profile.
Retention
Project data — uploaded files, extracted values, and the comparison itself — is retained for a limited period and then automatically deleted. You can also trigger deletion immediately from the export screen at any time with "Delete project data now".
Third-party processing
Document extraction uses Cloudflare Workers AI, running within the same infrastructure that hosts this application. Your documents are not sent to any other third-party AI service, and are never used to train models.
What we don't do
We don't require an account to use the generator. We don't sell or share your documents. We don't include document contents, extracted prices, or supplier names in analytics.
