About OCS Generator
OCS Generator was created to remove the repetitive manual work involved in comparing supplier quotations. Procurement teams often receive offers in completely different layouts, currencies, file formats, and commercial structures. OCS Generator converts those documents into one transparent, editable, and reviewable Offer Comparison Sheet while keeping the final procurement decision in human hands.
Why we built it
Comparing three, five, or ten supplier quotations by hand means re-typing prices into a spreadsheet, converting currencies manually, and hunting through PDFs for delivery terms. That work is repetitive, error-prone, and takes time away from actual negotiation and vendor evaluation.
How we think about AI
Extraction is assisted by AI, but every value is traceable back to its source document and flagged with a confidence level. Low-confidence or missing fields are never silently guessed — they're marked for your review. The generated comparison and recommendation are explicitly labeled as system-generated analysis requiring procurement approval, not a final decision.
What this is not
OCS Generator does not replace professional procurement judgment, legal review of contract terms, or your organization's approval workflow. It removes the manual transcription work so your team can spend more time on the parts of the decision that actually require expertise.
